  • Files are available for download immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

  • Files are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is not permitted.

  • If you experience any issues with your download, please contact me and I will assist you.

Finished Products (Physical Items)

  • All items are handmade and may have slight variations, making each piece unique.

  • Processing times vary depending on the item and will be listed in the product description.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and lighting.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is correct.

  • Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. However, this does NOT apply to any made to order, and digital downloads After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Care Instructions

  • Plush items should be spot cleaned only and not machine washed.

  • Keep away from excessive heat or rough handling to maintain quality.

Safety Disclaimer

  • Items with safety eyes are not recommended for children under 3 years old.

  • Adult supervision is advised when necessary.
